Jura Error GIGA 12: Left Grinder Failed to Activate - GENERATION 2 Models - The HALL Sensor on Right Grinder Failed
The following may be the cause of the problem:
The left grinder failed to activate. The motor has seized or cannot activate due to the burrs being impeded by a foreign object, most often a stone.
Visually inspect the grinder for blockages and foreign objects. If the grinder is clear, the grinder may need to be replaced.
The HALL sensor on the right grinder failed to send the correct impulses to activate the grinder.
Replace the right HALL sensor on the grinder.
The Power Board is defective. The board is failing to receive the necessary signal to activate the grinder.
Replace the PCB; however, sometimes it is more economical to buy a new or refurbished machine.
