Jura Error GIGA 14: Cappuccino Spout Stepper - Motor Failed to Initialize - GENERATION 2 Models - The Right Grinder Failed to Activate

The following may be the cause of the problem:

The stepper motor, located behind the dispensing spout assembly, activates the cappuccino valve. This error indicates that the stepper motor was unable to activate.

Most often, the stepper motor needs to be replaced.

GEN. 2 Models - The right grinder failed to activate. The motor has seized or cannot activate due to the burrs being impeded by a foreign object, most often a stone.

Visually inspect the grinder for blockages and foreign objects. If the grinder is clear, the grinder may need to be replaced.
